Congratulations to London Hernandez and Jolee Hinrichs who got first and second place, respectively, of all 1st graders in the state for their Shrine Circus posters! Their posters will be featured in the Shrine Circus printed program coming up at the circus on Apr. 17, 18 & 19 at the FargoDome. Way to go, London and Jolee! (Also pictured is 1st grade teacher, Lindsey Stenson).

The finalists (one from each grade) were (Left to right): Jasper Stibal (6th grade), Oliver Podliska (1st grade), Gwendolyn Maier (5th grade), Emberly Haase (2nd grade), Paisley Rohrbach (3rd grade), Haven Stenson (5th grade) and Kasen David (Kindergarten). Awesome job to all of our elementary contestants!
The contest is part of the Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration, held on Monday, March 2. The students enjoyed Green Eggs and Ham for breakfast as well as birthday sherbet for lunch dessert. They also could dress as their favorite Dr. Seuss character or in mismatched/funny clothes.

Just a reminder: we have early dismissal tomorrow, Wed. 3/4, at 2:00 PM for teacher professional development.

Students were able to explore a wide variety of career paths, connect with industry professionals, and learn firsthand about educational programs and job opportunities available to them after high school. From hands-on technical careers to emerging industries, the experience helped bring their future goals into focus.
We are so proud of how our students represented our school—asking great questions, making connections, and stepping confidently toward their futures!
A big thank you to North Dakota State College of Science for hosting such a valuable and inspiring event. 👏
